Division Director – Cancer Immunobiology
The Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute of Florida (VGTI-FL) is seeking to recruit outstanding Cancer Immunologists to direct the Cancer Immunobiology Division at the institute. Candidates are expected to establish and direct a vigorous clinical research immunology program in the Division of Cancer Immunobiology and recruit an additional five Principal Investigators. VGTI-FL is one of the internationally acclaimed research institutes invited to locate to Florida as part of a State-sponsored initiative to enhance biomedical research in Florida. Research at VGTI-FL focuses on Global Health initiatives utilizing systems biology approaches to study the human innate and adaptive immune response to infectious diseases and cancer.

Successful candidates (M.D. and/or Ph.D.) will have an established extramurally funded research program and a strong publication record in Cancer Immunology. The position offers highly competitive salary and startup packages, with access to state-of-the-art Genomics, Bioinformatics and Flow Cytometry core facilities as well as BSL3/ ABSL3 containment facilities within the institute.
